Mövenpick Hobart
The first of its kind to open in Australia, the Mövenpick Hobart is a contemporary new-build hotel - occupying the third tallest building in Hobart - conveniently situated in the heart of picturesque Hobart, making it the ideal base to explore all that city has to offer.
THE ROOM.
The hotel's 221 Tasmanian-inspired rooms and suites are modern, spacious and light, and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular harbour and city views. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with 2 Queen Beds.
DINING.
Tesoro is the hotel’s ground-floor sole restaurant, specialising in Italian cuisine using Tasmania’s finest produce. Guests can start the day with the restaurant’s all-day à la carte breakfast menu, consisting of a must-try Lobster Benedict on locally-baked black bread, and throughout the day take their pick from Tasmanian dry-aged meats and longline-caught local seafood or handmade pasta and pizzas.
