25hours Hotel Copenhagen Indre By

Playful, colourful, and refreshingly original are all apt descriptors of the distinctive 25hours Hotel brand, summarised by its tagline: you know one, you know none.

Far removed from the ordinary and where the unexpected should be excepted, a stay at a 25hours Hotel delivers well beyond the promise of a place to rest your head each night, rather is a fully immersive and memorable experience. The 25hours Hotel Copenhagen Indre By was my first introduction to the brand and no exception to this.

Residing in a 19th-century building, formerly a porcelain factory and university, at every turn there was something that caught your eye. From the playful ‘privacy please’ and ‘make up my room’ door hangers to the quirky, creative nods to the building’s past, every detail and stage of the guest journey had been thoughtfully considered.

THE ROOM.

The brand’s eclectic style unsurprisingly extends to all the hotel’s 243 of rooms, featuring two different styles and play on the theme of growing up, between passion and knowledge. Our room, dubbed Large, comprised a cork board feature wall with a collection of prints, with vibrant splashes of yellow throughout.

All rooms at all 25hours Hotel include a complimentary mini bar, high quality amenities, FREITAG or canvasco bags and bluetooth speaker.

DINING.

NENI

NENI is an exceptional, family-run restaurant combining traditional Middle Eastern cuisine with modern flair. Sharing and enjoying things together is the main focus at NENI, with dishes served from the stove to the table in a unpretentious manner.

ASSEMBLY BAR

Formerly where lecturers and students gathered when it was a university building, today it’s a place where visitors from all over the world come together. The perfect spot for a quick coffee in the morning, a snack after a stroll through the city or a drink before heading out the Copenhagen nightlife.

CAFE DUSE

Named after actress Eleonora Duse, Melissa Forti’s café on the hotel’s ground floor offers exquisite pastries, fresh coffee, and warm service. Brioche specialities from Naples or a high end Afternoon Tea for two? Spend a hygge afternoon at Café Duse with a hot chocolate.
