SWELL Sculpture Festival 2018
Despite 2018 marking the sixteenth year the SWELL Sculpture Festival, held on Currumbin Beach has been running, this was the first time I had ever been.
The ten-day, free festival, as the name suggests, showcases and celebrates a range of local and internationally renowned artists through the work of sculpture. There are close to 50 different sculptures which stretch out along the beach and along the bordering pathway, so there are plenty to check out (and photograph).
Below are just a handful of my favourite sculptures I managed to capture during this year's festival.
