Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise

Rising 77 levels above the white sandy beaches and crystal waters of the Surfers Paradise foreshore, Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise is impossible to miss and one of my favourite places to stay on the coast. Located directly across the road from the beach, Peppers Soul is an all-apartments beachfront hotel and is ultra-luxe.

With floor-to-ceiling glass windows covering the whole building, everything at Peppers Soul is about the ocean views, with even the indoor and outdoor pool overlooking the breaking waves of Surfers Paradise beach. So although Surfers Paradise isn’t my first favourite part of the Gold Coast - give me Broadbeach or Burleigh any day - the views, amenities, and luxurious, spacious apartments are tough to beat.

THE ROOM.

Peppers Soul offers a diverse collection of one, two, and three-bedroom luxury apartments, as well as a signature collection of truly breathtaking multi-level sub-penthouses. Each of the property’s beachfront apartments comes with sublime uninterrupted ocean views and spacious private balconies.

We stayed in a Two Bedroom Ocean View Apartment located on Level 32 which faced directly out to the Pacific Ocean. Like all the apartments at Peppers Soul, the apartment featured floor-to-ceiling windows, full kitchen facilities, and was beautifully decorated in soft earthy tones of blue and beige, reflecting the surrounding natural environment.

AMENITIES.

Level three of Peppers Soul is where you’ll find a suite of world-class amenities. There is the spectacular 25 metre tiered resort swimming pool with striking beach views outside and an inviting 25 metre lap pool inside, both of which are heated. Beyond the pools there is a secret garden with barbecues to enjoy an alfresco, casual dining experience amongst the tranquil landscaped gardens as well as a sauna, steam room, spa, and gymnasium - what more could you possibly want.

DINING.

HYDE PARADISO

The place to see and be seen by the sea. Situated on Level 1 of the property, Hyde Paradiso can be described as a lively oceanfront lounge inspired by the L.A. lifestyle where you’ll find incredible beach views, oversized cocktails, signature sgroppinos, mouthwatering Mediterranean food, and DJ soirees on weekends. With locations scattered around the U.S. - Los Angeles, Vegas, Miami - Hyde Paradiso in Surfers Paradise marks the brand’s first Australian location (outside the U.S.) and is certainly a great addition to the property.

WHAT WAS ORDERED:

HUMMUS with paprika, olive oil and served with fresh Turkish pita.

SPANAKOPITA Spinach, feta, spices, lemon.

SQUID Sumac, salt and pepper squid with lemon aioli.
